To open and maintain an Account on za999, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
za999 applies strict age verification controls at registration and at the point of first withdrawal. Documentary evidence of age and identity may be requested at any time. Accounts found to be held by minors will be immediately closed and any funds returned to the verified payment source where legally permissible.
Each User is permitted to hold one single Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. You undertake to keep your registration details up to date at all times.
za999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. These may include a valid government-issued photo identification (such as a Pakistani CNIC, passport or driving licence), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months) and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account restriction or closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. za999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
Accounts may be configured to operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Currency conversion, where required, will be applied at the rate determined by the operator at the time of the transaction. za999 is not responsible for exchange-rate fluctuations affecting the PKR value of any transaction.
The Platform is provided for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use only. You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with these Terms. All content on the Platform, including odds, game outcomes, promotional materials and account data, is provided for your personal use and may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially exploited without prior written consent from za999.
za999 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, cyber-attacks or events outside our control may result in temporary unavailability. za999 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of Platform downtime or connectivity issues, including those arising from network conditions in Pakistan.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. za999 does not accept deposits from third parties. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the Account cashier section. Deposits are generally credited to your Account Balance promptly, subject to payment processing times and any verification checks that may be required.
Payment rail references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are cited on this Platform as familiar Pakistani payment contexts only. Their mention does not constitute an endorsement of gambling by those institutions, nor does it confirm their active integration as deposit or withdrawal methods. Availability is subject to operator configuration and applicable regulations at the time of your transaction.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, wherever operationally possible. Before a withdrawal is approved, za999 may require completion of full KYC verification. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply. Processing times vary by payment method and may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
If an Account remains inactive (no login, deposit or wager activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more, za999 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to the Account Balance, as detailed in the Account dormancy schedule published in the cashier section. Users will be notified prior to any fee being applied.
All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers provided by za999 are subject to specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general provisions in this section and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds credited to an Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to Real Money Funds or withdrawn. Wagering requirements, minimum qualifying odds, eligible game or market restrictions and expiry timeframes are published for each promotion in PKR where applicable. Bonus Funds that expire before wagering requirements are satisfied will be forfeited without compensation.
za999 reserves the right to withhold, reclaim or cancel any bonus and resulting winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or systematically exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.
za999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a User has partially met wagering requirements, za999 will use reasonable endeavours to treat affected Users fairly on a case-by-case basis.
All wagers are subject to acceptance by za999 at its sole discretion. A wager is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation message and a unique bet reference number. za999 reserves the right to refuse any wager, or part of a wager, without providing a reason.
In the event that a wager is accepted at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical error, human error or data feed fault, za999 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the User's Account. This applies regardless of whether the error was identifiable by the User at the time of placement. Obvious errors include, but are not limited to, odds that are substantially inconsistent with market rates available elsewhere at the time.
A wager may be declared void in circumstances including: match or event abandonment without a result being determined, incorrect event details at the time of placement, or data integrity issues affecting the relevant market. Voided wagers will have their stake returned to the User's Real Money Balance.
Maximum payout limits apply on a per-bet, per-day and per-market basis. Applicable limits are displayed within the relevant sport or game category. za999 reserves the right to limit payouts where a User's cumulative winning activity is determined to be inconsistent with recreational gambling patterns.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, investigation and, where applicable, permanent closure and forfeiture of funds pending further review:

All intellectual property rights in the Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks and game content — are owned by or licensed to za999. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these Terms.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse engineer or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform without prior written authorisation from za999. Any unauthorised use may result in immediate Account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, za999, its directors, officers, employees, contractors and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if za999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
za999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude za999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure is processed, all pending wagers will be settled and any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and deduction of applicable fees.
za999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC, suspected underage access, or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
Upon termination of your Account, all licences and rights granted to you under these Terms cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct and governing law — shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which za999 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution framework.
Users based in Pakistan acknowledge that local laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, may affect the enforceability of certain provisions of these Terms in Pakistani courts. za999 makes no representation as to the enforceability of these Terms under Pakistani law and encourages Users to seek independent legal advice if required.
za999 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via a notification on the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you should cease using the Platform and close your Account.
